This is to inform interested Licensed Midwives (LMs), Licensed Community Nurses (LCNs) and Licensed Community Midwives (LCMs) that Application Forms for Admission into Post Basic Nursing, Post Community Nursing and Post Community Midwifery Programs are available online from 17th March 2025 to 7th April, 2025.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: POST BASIC NURSING PROGRAM
- Candidate Must be a Licensed Midwife (LM) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Candidate Must obtain at least 5 Credits in their O’ level result – WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics and Chemistry obtainable in not more than two sittings.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: POST COMMUNITY NURISNG & POST COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY PROGRAMS
- Candidate must be a Licensed Community Nurse (LCM) to apply for Post Community Nursing (Basic Nursing) and Licensed Community Midwife (LCM) to apply for Post Community Midwifery (Basic Midwifery).
- Candidate Must obtain at least 5 Credits in their O’ level result – WAEC, NECO or NABTEB which must include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics and Chemistry obtainable in not more than two sittings.
NOTE: NABTEB can only be combined with NABTEB for both programs.
MODE OF APPLICATION
- Visit the College website via: https://www.tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application
- Create an account on the college portal
- Use your username and password to log in
- Make a non-refundable payment of N10,000 only for the application form via ATM CARD
- Fill the form carefully and submit online (only use O’level Result Checking Card or PIN that has not been used more than three (3) times)
- PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (evidence of payment), application form and acknowledgement letter.
Come along with the aforementioned documents, valid license, certificate of registration & notifications from the NMCN, testimonial of Nursing School attended, O’level result
